Much agreed Ironlung. It still blows my mind, and I guess it was because of the Bama-UT rivalry, that Fulmer is the only one mentioned about whisle blowing Bama. Heck Spurrier called DuBouise (sp) and told him if it didn't stop he would be the first to rat him out.

It wasn't like he was jumping up and down calling the NCAA everyday either. They called him and the other coaches before the investigation began. People hear, see, and believe whatever suits them or their cause best. They want to talk about running clean programs, yada, yada, yada...yet when he/they go by NCAA bylaws, he's a tattle-tell, a rat...geez. Give me a break.

You know what is the problem with some of you.

Honest programs.

Tech answered their problem child.

UT will never answer it's own questions. Scratch your head or your balls or blame who ever.
Problem is Fulmer at UT he did what to who, when they were sick so he got the head job, think he is gonna give it up?

No. He isn't and UT sure isn't what it was or ever what it will be in the SEC.
Ole Phil Fulmer is about like Ole Phil Robbins you all love to hate in the LPD.

Now let's tell a little truth is he not?
Not admit it because of their loyality.
When my loyality was ask i had done produced an email showing my loyality.
It was to the program at VT not one person or one man.

UT fans will never do that. Hell we all know Phil used Johnny's condition to take over the head job.
And since he has had it, what has been his problems, nothing it was all someone else's.
Can you say the words wimp and not be pissed because someone else outside of a UT fan said it?

So scratch ya sacks or ya head and wonder why he is still the damn head coach of a team he can't run or control himself and why everyone else is fired besides him?
Hmm was all good when the winning was good. But a few loses and it's get rid of all but who? Phil?

Spell it with me. h y p o c r i t e.
I'll even look up the email address if you want me to. I did that for several on here who pull for Tech or are Tech fans.
At least we ask for the justice and the truth and a change.
Can any UT fan say the same. I didnt' think so.

So Keep scratching. Cause that is all you will do. Until Phil is gone. You know the man who robbed a man of a job while he was out having major surgery.

Ah but he is the man. Yeah right. Scratch away. A real man steps up to the plate.

The name is Beamer.

Heck guys don't give the i don't know or misery look.

When did Big Phil Fulmer take over at UT. While Johnny Majors was having major surgery.

Hell scratch away. He got the job over another man, while he was out having major surgery.

Yeah Phil is the man at UT. Hell and will do anything to keep his job.

Even be a whistle blower.

Screw UT and Phil Fulmer.

At least VT did what was right and Beamer help lead what was done.

Phil Fulmer looks out for himself. So scratch away guys. Sorry to bust ya nuts but it's all true and you know it.

No just tired of a few acting like their teams are so great?

Hell Johnny Majors was off having surgery and Phil Fulmer was to fill in. And ended up head coach at UT.

How do you justify that?

Re: The Marcus Vick situation

My god man, Johnny did have heart attack if I am not mistaken, and Fulmer started the season off undefeated for him, and Majors lost the next 3 games if I am not mistaken. Who's fault is that? I doubt it was Fulmer's unless it was for making Johnny look bad.

That was all it took to show who could do a better job with the program at UT. That sounds like just cause, and taking advantage of a situation to prove yourself. Its not like Phil was the one who fired Johnny. That came from up above because Johnny was producing, and Phil was. Just how many National Titles did UT play for with Majors at the helm? How many times did Ut even beat Bama with Majors there? It is called production, and Johnny was pretty good, but he was his own demise.

Didn't Johnny also have one before he come to UT.

Problem is none of you all want to look at the facts.

Johnny was out and sick. Yet who got his job and how?

I know it kills a few to answer some facts but lets be factual for awhile.

Phil took advantage of a situation and won a title.

Beamer didn't do anything that Fulmer didn't do last year. They both booted the #1 dual threat qb in the country. Although, Fulmer didn't give him umpteen dozens second chances.

What the hell does answering questions that you were asked by the NCAA, or what you call "whistle blowing" have to do with him saving his job?

Fulmer didn't fire Majors. btw...good riddance. He'd wore out his welcome. He should have been canned in 88 after starting 0-6.

Making posts that you have to scroll down 10x's to read, and talking about scratching your nuts doesn't make you right. It just leaves everyone else confused.

I like you, you're a good fellow. I just don't get where you're coming from. If you think either of these guys are saints, you're looneyer than everyone on here gives you credit for. Either one of those guys are going to try to keep guys around that are going to help them win. I think both are going to do it legaly. I like both guys and think both are good coaches.
